Host of The Biggest Loser series (2006-2009) and Best Selling Author

Ajay Rochester began her career in 1988, starring in the Australian film ‘To Make a Killing’ and has since become a well-known celebrity and author. Rochester was recently the host of the highly-watched weight loss television series ‘The Biggest Loser’ on network Ten from 2006 to 2009 and co-hosted the SBS series ‘Mum’s the Word’.

In 2004, she founded the highly successful website ‘The Healthy Body Club’ that allows women to share their battles with weight and health. Rochester has also extended her career into the literary world with her first book ‘Confessions of Reformed Dieter’ currently into its third print run, while her third book ‘The Lazy Girl’s Guide to Losing Weight and Getting Fit’ made the Sydney Morning Herald’s Top 5 Best Seller list of 2005. Ajay has also engaged in work for a range of charities, becoming the face and ambassador for Triathlonpink.com, the ambassador for the Eating Disorders Foundation and a strong advocate for breast cancer research.

Ajay most recently won Channel 9 and Go’s Excess Baggage! and lost 20KGs for Kyle and Jackie O’s Fat Bet on 2Day FM.
